Meet the Characters

🧒 Teo Alefaio
Curious, thoughtful, and always ready with a question, Teo is the older sibling who loves maps, bugs, and asking “why?” He’s fascinated by how things work and often leads the way on Station WIL adventures.
👧 Patty Pan
Joyful and observant, Patty sees the world through color and feeling. She’s younger, but often the first to notice something important—like a bee’s dance or a person’s mood. Her poetry prompts help readers reflect on what they’ve learned.

A gentle expert with a deep love for his buzzing companions, Joe teaches Teo and Patty what it’s like to care for bees—and why listening, patience, and respect are key to any adventure.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Mr. and Mrs. A.
Supportive and wise, Teo and Patty’s parents guide their children through each Station WIL journey. They help frame questions, encourage exploration, and model kindness in every interaction.
